FitScore EULA
Effective: 2026-05-20
This end-user licence agreement ("EULA") governs your personal use of the FitScore product at fitscore.crosshire.ch. It sits alongside the master Terms of Service and Privacy Policy; where they conflict on a FitScore-specific point, this EULA controls.
1. Licence grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Crosshire grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and use FitScore for your own job-search or, on recruiter accounts, your own screening purposes. No other rights are granted.
2. Early-access pricing
FitScore is currently free of charge during early access. Free use is provided without any warranty, express or implied. We may introduce paid tiers, daily quotas, or feature gating in the future with at least 14 days' notice; see §3 of the Terms.
3. Your CV upload
When you upload a CV, you warrant that:
- You own the content, or you have the rights to upload it.
- The CV describes you, or — for recruiter accounts — describes a candidate you have a lawful basis (consent or documented legitimate interest) to consider.
- The content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Recruiter accounts have complied with their GDPR Article 14 information duty (see §12 of the Terms).
4. Your JD upload
When you paste or upload a job description, you warrant that:
- You authored the JD, your employer authored it and you are authorised to submit it, the JD is publicly listed, or it is otherwise in the public domain.
- Submitting the JD does not breach any contract or confidentiality obligation you owe.
- You take sole responsibility for ensuring the use is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Submission to FitScore creates no relationship between you and the company that authored the JD, and Crosshire does not contact, notify, or share your submission with that company.
5. LLM output — advisory only
FitScore Summaries, fit scores, strengths, gaps, and interview questions are produced by large language models. They are probabilistic, may contain errors or biases, and are not professional career, legal, or hiring advice. Check facts before acting on them. Do not rely on a Summary as the sole basis for any application or hiring decision; always apply your own judgement.
6. Acceptable use
You will not:
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise systematically extract data from FitScore.
- Run automated traffic against the service — browser automation, headless clients, or scripted API consumption — without prior written permission.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or model prompts of FitScore.
- Use FitScore output to make fully automated decisions about other people without meaningful human review.
- Resell, sublicence, or redistribute Summaries as a stand-alone product.
- Submit content you do not have the right to submit, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, infringing, or contains malware.
- Interfere with the integrity or performance of FitScore (rate-limit evasion, denial-of-service, fingerprint spoofing to circumvent quotas).
7. Output ownership
You may use Summaries generated for you in your own job-search or screening workflow, including downloading the HTML / PDF artefacts. You may not resell or redistribute Summaries as a stand-alone product. Crosshire retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated metrics about generated Summaries (no CV or JD content) to improve the service.
8. Termination
Breach of this EULA may result in suspension or termination of your access. On termination, the licence in §1 ends immediately, and you must stop using FitScore. Sections 5–9 survive termination.
9. Disclaimer of warranty
FitScore is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crosshire disclaims all warranties — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. See §6 of the Terms for the limitation of liability that applies to all Crosshire surfaces.
